"Exchange worked, but the canned apologies got old"
I ordered a gift from Catholic Gifts and More and ended up needing to exchange it for something else. It did get handled in the end, so I’ll give them that, but it took more emails than I expected and felt slower than it should have. The staff was polite enough, but I kept getting those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” type replies, which just made it more annoying. Overall, not a terrible experience, but I really wish their return and exchange process was smoother

"I was ready to buy, but the payment..."
I was ready to buy, but the payment step just didn’t feel very safe to me. Maybe I’m being extra cautious, but when it comes to entering card details, I need the checkout to look and feel trustworthy. I ended up backing out instead.

"Looks just like the picture"
I’ll be honest, after I paid I got a little suspicious and started wondering if it was actually going to look like the photos. But when it arrived, I was really relieved. The colors and details were pretty much exactly the same in person, with no weird surprises. It’s always nice when an online order turns out the way you hoped. I’d order from Catholic Gifts and More again

"Refund came through, just took a while"
I did end up getting my refund, so that was good. I was a little stressed at the time because it took longer than I expected, and support only replied once. Everything worked out in the end, but quicker updates would’ve made the wait feel a lot easier.

I reached out to customer service with what I thought was a simple question about my order, but the replies I got were super short and not really useful. Maybe I’m assuming too much from the tone, but it felt like they just wanted me to stop asking instead of actually helping. It was frustrating, and I don’t think I’d order from here again

"I ordered this as a gift because..."
I ordered this as a gift because it looked like it was in stock, so I went ahead and paid for it. Not long after, I found out it was actually backordered, which was really frustrating. It ended up taking way longer than I expected, and the updates were minimal. I felt like I had to keep reaching out just to find out what was going on. Overall, not a great experience

"Sizing was a little tricky"
I ordered a shirt and, uh, the design was really nice, but the fit ended up being a bit smaller than I expected. It wasn’t a huge deal or anything, just... I do wish the sizing chart had been a little clearer before I bought it.

I wanted to like this place, but the prices just felt high compared to similar shops nearby. It’s not even about paying a bit more if the value is there, but I didn’t really feel like there was enough difference to justify it.

The box showed up crushed, and right away something felt off. When I opened it, the item had scratches on it too. It just didn’t seem like it was packed or handled very carefully...

Just a heads up for anyone ordering this: mine showed up with the box dented, and the item had some scratches on it. It wasn’t the worst damage ever, but still disappointing. I’d definitely recommend checking it carefully as soon as it arrives.

The package showed up later than expected, which was a bit frustrating. Reading between the lines, it seemed like there may have been some delay in the delivery process, but at least it arrived in good shape in the end.

Ordering went through fine in the end, so no big issue there. But am I the only one who found the checkout a little awkward on mobile? I had to double-check my shipping info twice, which slowed things down. Nothing terrible, just not as quick or smooth as I expected.

I had a question about my order, and they got back to me fairly quickly. The response was clear and polite, and it did not feel like some generic auto-reply. One update took a bit longer than I thought it would, but it was not a big deal. Overall, I would say the communication was good.

I wasn’t sure if my order actually went through because the confirmation was so confusing. I ended up having to check my email, refresh the page, and basically do extra digging just to feel like it was placed. Kind of annoying when it should’ve been simple

"Not really worth the price"
It was okay, but for some reason I was expecting it to feel a little more worth the money. The shipping costs added up too, so overall it ended up feeling expensive. I might consider buying again if there’s a sale, but I probably wouldn’t pay full price
